We are still basking in the summer sun and thinking of beach days and vacations, but school will be back in session before you know it!
With that in mind, we will once again be having a back-to-school backpack drive. Backpacks and supplies will be donated to children in need through the Oaks Integrated Care’s Operation Fill-A-Backpack.
Donations will be collected from July 19 through August 9. Here are some ideas for needed supplies:
– Backpacks & lunchboxes
– Book covers
– Calculators (solar & scientific)
– Protractors & rulers
– Index cards
– Scissors
– Glue sticks
– Facial tissues & hand sanitizer
– Pens & pencils
– Three-ring binders with paper
– Pocket folders
– Erasers & pencil cases
– Crayons, markers & highlighters
– Notebooks & composition books
